Join Us for the Sequential Intercept Model Workshop
We invite service providers and community stakeholders to participate in an engaging and collaborative Sequential Intercept Model Workshop. This workshop is designed to harness the collective insights of our community to identify critical needs and gaps in our services, enhance our readiness for collaboration, and develop actionable solutions for better access and support.
Workshop Objectives
Identify Community Needs & Gaps: Collaboratively assess the current landscape of services to pinpoint areas where support is lacking.
Evaluate Community Readiness & Collaboration: Discuss the existing relationships among stakeholders and explore opportunities for strengthening partnerships.
Examine Access & Barriers: Identify obstacles that prevent community members from accessing essential services and resources.
