Reimbursement for Training/Conferences

EPCOG supports our member communities by reimbursing costs for approved trainings and conferences, including registration, travel, lodging, and meals.

➡️ Important: Reimbursement Only – All expenses must be paid upfront by the municipality/district. To qualify for reimbursement:

​

1. Complete the Training/Travel Request Approval Form before booking travel or registering.​ (one per person)

2. Submit the Itemized Statement of Training/Travel Expenses/Request for Funds with Receipts, Proof of Attendance/Certificate of Completion, and Photo after the event. (one per person)

3. All Reimbursements will be made for ACTUAL EXPENSES.

MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE

NEW MEXICO MILEAGE & PER DIEM ACT
