

Capacity Building Funds for Municipalities & Districts
Reimbursement for Training/Conferences
EPCOG supports our member communities by reimbursing costs for approved trainings and conferences, including registration, travel, lodging, and meals.
➡️ Important: Reimbursement Only – All expenses must be paid upfront by the municipality/district. To qualify for reimbursement:

Complete the Travel Request Approval Form before booking travel or registering. (one per person)

Submit the Itemized Statement of Travel Expenses/Request for Funds with Receipts, Proof of Attendance/Certificate of Completion, and Photo after the event. (one per person)
ALL LODGING, MEALS, AND MILEAGE
MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
NEW MEXICO MILEAGE & PER DIEM ACT
This process ensures timely reimbursement and proper documentation.
