Executive Assistant
Kristen Holmes is the Executive Assistant at EPCOG, who plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. She manages accounts payable and receivable, payroll, invoicing memberships, and staff travel. Kristen also coordinates EPCOG Board Meetings, helps maintain the organization's website, and supports staff members as needed.
Kristen brings a wealth of experience from her diverse career path, including roles as a dental office manager, a volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America, and various leadership positions supporting military families through the Air Force Key Spouse and Key Liaison Program. Her journey also includes serving as the Associate Director of Donor Relations at the United Way of Eastern New Mexico.
Passionate about making a difference, Kristen has dedicated herself to improving her community in every role she’s taken on. Whether supporting military families, providing hope through her nonprofit work, or helping communities in the Eastern Plains achieve their goals, Kristen is committed to fostering positive change.
An Air Force wife of 18 years, Kristen has lived in five states and two countries, finally settling in Clovis, New Mexico, with her family in the summer of 2022. She and her husband recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary and are proud parents to four children—three adult sons and an elementary-aged daughter.
In her downtime, Kristen enjoys reading, exploring different arts and crafts, and creating a warm and welcoming home for her family.
